General Instructions
- Abstracts are invited for Oral Presentations and E-Posters from Clinicians, Embryologists and postgraduate students (MS/MD- OBGYN/Fellowship students in Reproductive medicine/FNB/MCh/Embryology fellowship/MCE etc)
- All abstracts must be original work and not previously presented at any national meeting.
- Submissions should be made online through the official conference portal.
- Each delegate may submit a maximum of two abstracts (as presenting author).
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee; selected submissions will be allocated as Oral or E-Poster presentations
Abstract Format
- Title: Should be concise, reflecting the content (UPPER CASE).
- Authors: Presenting author should be underlined. Include affiliations and email of presenting author.
- Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title and authors).
- Font & Style: Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing.
- Structure: Background & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion, Keywords (3 to 5).
- References (if used): maximum 2, Vancouver style.
Oral Presentations
- Duration: 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A.
- Maximum 8–10 slides, clean design (no overcrowding).
- Use graphs, tables, and visuals rather than text-heavy slides.
- Presenters must be registered delegates.
E-Posters
- Must be submitted in PowerPoint (PPT) format – one slide only.
- Orientation: Landscape, 16:9 ratio.
- Font: Minimum 24 pt (legible from distance).
- Include sections: Title, Authors, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Visual appeal is important: use figures, charts, and limited text.
- E-Posters will be displayed on LED screens in the exhibition area during breaks.
- Judging will be scheduled; presenting author must be present during judging.
