Registration Guidelines
- Delegate must bring a Registration Confirmation Letter at the time of registration.
- Conference Registration is mandatory for all the delegates including children above is the age of 5 years.
- Please ensure to wear a registration badge in the conference area.
- Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
- Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the conference venue.
- Accompanying Person Entitled for Food Coupons Only.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation till 25th September, 2025 : 50% Refund
- Cancellation from 26th September, 2025 Onwards : No Refund.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference
